| I got one of these on Friday. I've had it going for three days now with the regular L & R jacks. It sounds fabulous with both CD and SACD...even a little better than the XA9000ES (which I also own). The sound is exceptionally tight, clear and smooth...the XA9000ES by comparison is a little softer sounding. I don't have HDMI that will accept DSD, ... more | |

| This will probably be the last flagship SACD player they make. I expect the next one will be a combo Blu-ray Audio/SACD player. With a lot of luck we might get native DXD with Blu-ray audio. That would be ultimate, but would also kind of make SACD obsolete. ... more | |
