Eleanor McEvoy: Love Must Be Tough    (1 of 1 found this review helpful)
  October 6, 2008

When you open the digipak the first thing you see is “ Proudly Presenting-The South King Street Band-featuring arrangements by Peter Beckett and vocals by Eleanor McEvoy.” After listening to the album that sums it up pretty darn good. This is unlike the other two Eleanor discs that I have, Early ... more

John in his review wasn't to thrilled with this release. Being as I had already ordered but not received it I was disappointed and felt I had wasted my money. As it turns out I throughly enjoy this album and it definitly wasn't of money. I have no problem with his description of this album as New ... more

This isn't a typical Elton John album in that it had no hit songs and wasn't nearly as pop. A definite country/rock feel to the album ... more

I hadn't been able to find it either but CD Universe is linked, shows it as shipping in 1-2 days and sells it for $44.29. I've ordered it and shipping was $2.99. Not my favorite kind of price to pay for an SACD but to get RNR MCH you do what you've got to do. I'm glad it has great sound (MCH) reviews. ... more
