Wow!

This disc is remarkable.

The sound that Paul Van Zelm gets from the natural horn is gorgeous.

I've heard these works numerous times before - I think that the final Allegro from K447 was the theme music to a British television programme back in the late 50s - but I've never heard them sound quite so superb as this before.

Both the Combattimento Consort Amsterdam and Van Zelm are on top form - the performances are inspiring right the way through. The acoustics of the venue, the recording, the mixing and the mastering are all spot on giving an incredible end result...

Very highly recommended...
