Wow! My friends, this is absolutely fabulous!
It's been a while since I've written a review, and in spite of having a list of SACDs I want to review, this one that I just dicovered will come first.
First of all, I'm a hardcore salsa dancer and of course I love cuban music. I've been to a great deal of live performances in salsa bars too of course. I also own a few other SACDs of cuban music.
This one is the best. Full of life, a live experience by masters of latin music. The performance is among the best you will hear on disc, and I cannot imagine anyone not enjoying the listening of this album.
The selection of the music is exquisite, from the most entertaining and rythmical latin music to the touching beauty of for example, Dulce Amor.
And the sound, at least in stereo, is perfect. Live. My speakers litterally disappear.
