Are all multi-channel SACDs two-channel as well as multi-channel? Or do I have to find this info on the label? The online listings don't seem to mention these facts. I have a high-end stereo set up which is capable of the most neutral, transparent, wide-sound-staged, detailed sound and I just want to get the most listening pleasure from it - and SACD is the ticket. But I don't want to end up with disks that don't match my system.

The SACD spec requires that all SACD's must have a two channel mix, at a minimum. It may optionally also have a multichannel, and a two channel Redbook spec CD layer.

ditto
Don't worry about how a SACD is advertised or described at amazon.com or whatever. If it is in fact a multi-channel disc, there will ALWAYS be a dedicated 2 channel version (no fold down mix as with DVD-A).
The sound is great, jump right in and don't look back
