Apparently there are two versions of this disc:
1) 579159 2, by "Trijntje Oosterhuis" for the Dutch market;
2) 579759 2, by "Traincha" for the international market.

Probably the naming is the only difference though.

They just tried to make her name a bit easier for the international market.
I own the international version, and even though I live in the Netherlands, I have never seen the dutch version of the SACD.
