It seems that 4AD has taken DCD albums seriously, they will be remastered and aparently presented in a boxed set lately this year: in SACD!!!! WOOOOOW Check this links for coments about the process in the label's forum. http://beggars.bway.net/forum/showpo...0&postcount=27 http://beggars.bway.net/forum/showpo...2&postcount=29 http://beggars.bway.net/forum/showpo...3&postcount=27 Even if they are just stereo is an awesome idea to have this in Mini LP Replicas (ala japanese style). By the way, I recently bought Enter The Mysterio (Hybrid SACD) from Peter Ulrich (ex-drumer for Dead Can Dance) and the music es excellent, not so convinced about the voice but still a nice album, in this, the multichannel program is just an extension of the stereo on the rear... it brings more depht and warmth to the listener but a missed opportunity to hear this kind of music in a 5.1 real mix. Anyway, SACD box set by DCD will be great!! I can't wait for this!

Barbazul, you copied the shortened link text displayed in a forum post instead of the links themselves, that's why they don't work. You must use the "copy link" or "copy shortcut" function in that case.
I browsed the http://beggars.bway.net/forum/ board a bit, but I could not see the relevant threads, and the search function is only available to registered users.

This is great news! Now bring on Pink Floyd's WYWH and this year will be quite a fruitful one for all rock & pop fans.

Unfortunately, MFSL was able to license a Rush album (Permanent Waves) for gold CD reissue only.
Interesting, but where did you find that? I'm extremely interested to read more about this.
