This one was released without Davis's consent - it's compiled from off-cuts from his collaborations with Gil Evans. Musically, it's a real mixed bag with no real winners, and some are downright irritating enough to skip past without a second thought.
Sonically, it's not bad. I give it 3-1/2 stars for the sound overall--not the best Miles recording, but not the worst either.
