From one American to any other:

We don't have music like this here, people. It's hard to explain... You know that feeling you get when a woman that's too good for you is paying attention to you like you're the only guy in the world? That's what listening to FA Lindo is like. These girls have voices that shouldn't be dirtied with description. They deserve a listen.

An exceptional disc with exceptional music. Klapa fa Lindo are a Croatian folklore choir from Dubrovnik. Their singing is of an etheral nature and very clear. The recording is very transparent and one really feels transported to the church where the performance took place.
Can be purchased from www.nenarbach.com directly. The stereo layer is not nearly as captivating as the multichannel.

KLAPA FA LINDJO is a CD that is expertly-produced by Nenad Bach. The beautiful blend of womens' voices is unbelievable. And Americans thought that the Bulgarian Womens' Choir was good?! This far surpasses them. It's simply....heavenly! We have these available at our website, www.croatiagifts.com.

As a new comer to the klapa scene, I was blown away by the male klapa singers. Then I heard the women! Who would have guessed that one country could produce two incredible soul satisfying sounds? No need to understand Croatian, this music plays to the inner most part of your humanity. It cannot be described only felt. Do yourself a favor: Stop, Close your Eyes, and Experience Klapa Fa Lindjo.
