I own the original Sony sacd from the earlier days of sacd. The multi channel layer has Joel's voice on its own channel and thats a thrilling thing to hear. Separated from the other music is a different experience.

In their haste to classify and categorize any music some critics and listeners simply apply a label and an album like this simply becomes a punk release. This album has grown on me over the years and it contains their classic I can see for miles. This was the Who's answer to PET SOUNDS AND sergeant pepper. its FULL OF JINGLES, COMMERCIALS AND PSYCHEDELIA.
