This is the fourth album by The Police and again it contains a host of world best selling songs. The album starts of very strong with the first 3 and really never lets up. Musically this debut album is very good with songs like 'Peanuts', 'Hole In My Life' and 'Truth Hits Everybody' standing up very well to such massive hits as 'Roxanne' and 'So Lonely'. Regatta de Blanc gave the world the 'heads-up' that The Police were indeed the supergroup with global appeal and that their initial release (Outlandos d'Amour) was not a one-off. Wonderfully alive, full, and vivid recordings. The BIS team captures the orchestra beautifully and without any extreme reverberation or dryness. Of course, I love this music.
