Ok, it sounds like a joke, but it isn’t: American president promoting world peace and understanding, and Russian president promoting care for the environment… What about Iraq and Chernobyl? Previous review says very eloquently what I feel about this classic recording. I have owned this same recording in all three formats--vinyl, CD, now SACD. Good controversy going here, which is what forums like this are all about. I am a tireless proponent of SACD and I have invested in about 80 or so. I can't believe no one else has reviewed this disc yet and given it the five stars it deserves. What gorgeous music, beautifully recorded.
